How do I return my goods?

For your convenience, you can choose either of these options: 1. You can bring the goods you want to return to our store located near you. Bring your proof of purchase and the payment information with which you paid for the goods. 2. We can also come to your place to collect the unwanted items. A collection fee for the cost of returning the goods will apply, the amount will depend on the distance of your location to our stores/warehouses.  -- Before you return the goods, please contact us to make an appointment by calling us at 1300 66 55 94, or click here to send us an email message. 

How much will I be refunded?

We will refund the price you paid for the goods after deduction of the delivery/pick-up fee should such fee apply. The credit for your refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.
